The Healthy Blocks Initiative in the E. Main-Atlantic neighborhood is a collaborative project between NeighborWorks® Rochester and the Realtors® Charitable Foundation of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors®. 
Together, we work with other nonprofit and community groups, as well as the residents, property owners, and businesses located in the Pocket Neighborhood. Our goals are to improve physical conditions, develop social connections and resident leadership, and build confidence in the Pocket as a neighborhood of choice in the City of Rochester.
