Once you’ve chosen your contractor, our Construction Analyst will work directly with them to ensure that you are satisfied with the work being done. The Construction Analyst will visit the worksite to ensure that the work is done correctly and is available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have – taking the worry out of your home improvement project.

Construction Management will help you:

  • Prioritize the work that needs to be done on your home
  • Engage multiple, pre-approved contractors(3) to bid on your project
  • Review each contractor proposal with you so that you have a complete understanding of each contractor proposal before you choose
  • Manage the project throughout the entire construction process to make sure the job is done right and to your satisfaction
